The Hanna House Museum is open Saturdays, April through October,10 a.m.--2 p.m. except on holidays. It is located at 101 E. Center Street, Fairfield, IL
Please note that children are welcome but must be accompanied and directly supervised by adults at all times in the Hanna House.  Food and drinks are not allowed. Admission is free. We regret that this 1874 building does not have handicapped-accessible restrooms. The Fairfield Public Library--one block east, has fully accessible facilities and similar hours.

The Early History Museum is located in a room connected to the Fairfield Public Library at 300 S.E. 2nd, Fairfield, IL. The museum shares a roof, but is a  separate facility from the library.  The museum is staffed by Society volunteers; library staff do not access the museum. Currently  this museum is undergoing extensive refurbishing. It is scheduled to re-open June, 2012 for research services and public tours (both by appointment).
Admission is free.
